Pirots 5 Denmark / How to play

Pirots 5 rules: follow the birds, then read the full cost

In brief

Four birds collect matching gems on a starting 6 × 6 board. Three collected Bonus symbols open the bonus; a Super symbol changes the entry. Before pressing play, compare the base bet with the full X-iter price. Our 2 kr examples explain the arithmetic, not verified casino stakes.

1. Read five controls before your first drop

Pirots 5 is an ELK Studios collection slot. Symbols fall into a board rather than lining up on conventional winning lines. Birds move through the symbols they can collect. A round can therefore contain several movements, transformations and payments after one initial purchase. Following every animation at once makes the game harder to read. Start with the price display, then follow one bird and its colour.

The numbered image below is an official provider example. It shows a developed board and an open X-iter selection, not a fresh round recorded for this guide. Its euro values remain unchanged. The Danish-kroner examples in the surrounding text are separate calculations. They do not prove that an operator offers a particular DKK stake.

Base bet and payment are different fields

The base bet is the reference amount used by the mode prices. In ordinary play, a 2 kr base bet means a 2 kr purchase. With Bonus Hunt selected, that reference amount becomes a 6 kr purchase. Selecting Super Bonus at the same base bet makes the purchase 500 kr. The small base-bet number can stay unchanged while the amount taken from the balance changes dramatically.

Open the mode menu deliberately. Read the selection and its price before confirming a drop. Return to the ordinary mode if you intended an ordinary round. A previous mode remaining selected is a practical reason to check the price each time you resume. Do not judge the next purchase solely by the last base bet you remember.

Balance, win display and collected progress

The balance is the account or demo-credit amount available for further play. A displayed win is a payment from the round. The collection meter tracks progress inside the game. These three displays have different jobs. A nearly full meter is not money already credited to the balance, and a paid amount is not automatically a profit.

Suppose a round costs 6 kr and returns 4 kr. The game has returned money, but the net change is −2 kr. Conversely, a 12 kr return from that purchase produces +6 kr. Wait for the complete round and any continuing feature to finish before doing this calculation. A screenshot taken during a chain may show only part of the eventual return.

First-use order

For a first visit, open the rules and identify the current world. Check the currency and base bet, then open X-iter and read the total price. Use the demo only if the official launch is available in your location. Watch one complete purchase before changing anything. This order makes it easier to distinguish a mode selection from a new result.

On a small screen, use the actual landscape or portrait controls offered by the game. Browser zoom cannot change a rule or make a blocked launch available. If the page reports a regional restriction, stop there. The demo guide explains the available official launch route and its current verification limit.

2. How CollectR and seven gem levels work

The starting board has 6 columns and 6 rows: 36 positions. Birds collect gems matching their own colour, as well as feature symbols. The whole board is not paid merely because several identical gems are visible. A bird must reach and collect the relevant symbols under the game’s movement rules. That is why a valuable symbol can be on screen without immediately paying.

Read the chain from the active bird outward. Notice which matching gems are accessible, which symbols change a route and whether a feature interrupts the movement. Do not treat the bird as a character you can steer with the mouse. The illustrated controls select purchases and settings; they are not a manual route planner.

An upgrade changes a colour’s payout level

Gems have up to 7 payout levels. An Upgrade symbol raises one gem colour by 1, 2 or 3 steps. Upgrade All raises all four gem colours by the indicated number of steps. The symbol’s number describes a level change. It is not a promise that the next complete round will pay that many times the purchase price.

For example, moving a colour from level 2 to level 4 is a two-step upgrade. That says nothing by itself about how many gems of that colour will later be collected. A high level with few accessible gems can produce a different result from a lower level with a longer collection. Both the current value and the actual collection matter.

Read the table that is open in your game

The paytable gives the values for the current configuration. Read the colour, level and displayed denomination together. Our illustration of the official panel is useful for understanding its layout. It is not a universal list of fixed cash payments for every stake or operator. In particular, a promotional euro figure should not be silently relabelled as kroner.

The top red value visible in the saved provider panel is 25.00. The black transformed-gem panel elsewhere in the rules has a different scale. Mixing these two panels creates a false red-gem value. If two guides disagree, inspect the actual colour and transformation being described before comparing the numbers.

Wilds and transformations

A Wild substitutes for a gem at its relevant current payout level. It does not make the whole board pay the maximum value. Transform changes a neighbouring gem cluster to the collecting bird’s colour and can turn some gems into feature symbols. Super Transform performs its action two or three times. The outcome still depends on the resulting collection.

A coin is another distinct symbol. Its face value multiplies the active bet level according to the rules. A MAX WIN coin relates to the remaining amount up to the game cap. Neither should be confused with an instruction to multiply your next stake. The RTP and strategy guide explains why changing a stake after seeing a symbol does not establish an advantage.

3. Portals, catacombs and the Secret Door

A changing route is a central part of Pirots 5. Some features remove objects, others move birds or change the board. These actions can look similar at speed, but their conditions differ. Use the feature name in the rules to identify an event, then watch what actually changes. This is more reliable than calling every movement a respin.

The following descriptions concern Cursed Temple. The Kraken and City of Gold share the collection structure, but have their own signature features and opponents. Use the world comparison to identify those differences, then follow the rules for the world shown in your game. A feature name from another Pirots title does not establish a rule for this one.

Portals and tunnels

A bird can teleport when collectible symbols adjoin at least two portals. The tunnel condition is separate: consecutive wall sections must connect two portals. Each tunnel section can reveal feature symbols, which the bird collects as it passes. Look for both the available connection and the matching collectible symbols when reading the board; a single visible portal does not establish either condition.

Labyrinth clears gems from a random number of rows and columns. Birds then move along those rows and columns until separated. Removing gems and collecting gems are not interchangeable descriptions. The feature explains a change to the board; it does not justify counting every removed symbol as a separate cash win.

The colour of a catacomb corner matters

In Cursed Temple, a bird enters the catacombs by collecting a symbol on a catacomb corner of its own colour. Defeating the mummy rewards a feature symbol. The corner, collected symbol and matching bird are all parts of the condition. Seeing a mummy image or a corner elsewhere on the board is not enough.

The Kraken’s product sheet names a landcrab as the catacomb opponent. City of Gold names a shaman. These are useful visual identifiers when you are unsure which world is open. The artwork can change while the basic task of entering a catacomb remains recognisable. Do not transfer a detailed outcome rule between worlds unless that world’s rules support it.

Arrows, boulders and rotations

An Arrow removes a hit bird and converts its gems to another bird’s colour. A Boulder crushes gems, walls and birds in its path. Secret Door rotates the board, moving symbols and birds together. Cross-over tiles allow a bird to pass over already collected positions. These effects explain why a route can suddenly look different without a new paid purchase.

A board rotation is not an opportunity to choose a direction with a quick tap. Nothing in the documented controls establishes a timing skill for steering it. Follow the resulting positions after the animation settles. Taking a screenshot before and after the rotation can help you understand the change, but cannot predict a later round.

What must happen for the temple coin game?

The Cursed Temple coin game triggers when the entire board is cleared during Secret Door. Both parts matter: the cleared board and that feature context. A small cleared area is not the complete trigger. Reaching a visually impressive board also does not guarantee that the remaining symbols will be collected.

This condition explains an apparently hidden bonus without inventing a secret code. The game provides a documented feature path. Its frequency is a separate question, and the available product material does not give us a measured trigger rate for a Danish live configuration. We therefore explain the condition without attaching an unsupported “once every” figure.

4. Three Bonus symbols and the three-drop counter

Three Bonus symbols collected by the birds trigger the bonus game. If one of those three is a Super Bonus symbol, the Super Bonus starts instead. The word collected is important. Three symbols merely visible in a screenshot are not proof that the trigger has completed. Watch the collection and the transition into the feature.

A natural trigger and a direct X-iter purchase are different entry routes. The rules support a natural Super Bonus condition, so buying is not the only documented route. They do not promise that an individual session will reach it. Likewise, purchasing entry does not guarantee a particular cash return.

The left panel shows the trigger; the right panel names progress retained during the bonus. A Super symbol among the three changes the entry to Super Bonus. Tap to enlarge.

What persists during the bonus?

Three quantities persist within the bonus game: grid size, collection-meter progress and gem payout levels. Keeping those values gives later drops a different starting state from a complete reset. This persistence belongs to the feature described by the rules. It is not evidence that a fresh unrelated paid round inherits a favourable state.

Read a long bonus as one continuing feature with several steps. A payment on an early step is part of its total result. The final return should include all its settled payments, without counting the same amount twice when it appears both on a step and in a summary. For a purchased feature, subtract the complete entry price once.

The coin game begins with three drops

Cursed Temple’s coin game starts with 3 drops. Landing coins, birds or symbols resets the drop counter. A reset returns the counter to its starting allowance; it is not the same operation as adding three to whatever remains. Our counter diagram illustrates that distinction with a deliberately chosen sequence.

Suppose the counter falls from 3 to 2 after an empty drop. An eligible landing then returns it to 3. Two further empty drops leave 1. Another eligible landing restores 3 again. This sequence explains how a feature can last longer than three actions. It gives no probability for those landings and no expected cash return.

Coin rain and Super Bonus

The provider’s Super Bonus panel describes guaranteed entry and a coin rain in each bonus drop. That is a feature description, not a minimum-profit promise. Coins still have values and outcomes, and the entry itself has a cost. Use the full price when comparing a bought bonus with its final return.

The Cursed Treasure feature also curses adjacent birds and rains coins onto the board. A dramatic animation can therefore explain a game event while telling you very little about the final balance change. Finish the feature, read the result and reconcile it with the starting balance before describing it as profitable.

5. A worked purchase in Danish kroner

Consider a hypothetical 2 kr base bet with Mega Hunt selected. Its documented price multiplier is 10, so the purchase costs 20 kr. Assume the complete round returns 70 kr. That is 35 times the base bet, but 3.5 times the actual purchase price. The net result is +50 kr. Each number is valid only with its denominator attached.

Now use the same 70 kr return after a 100× Bonus purchase at the same base bet. The price is 200 kr, so the net result is −130 kr. Nothing about the return changed. The difference comes from the amount paid to enter. This is why screenshots of large multipliers need a visible mode and stake to be interpretable.

Illustrative modeBase betFull costReturnedNet
Base2 kr2 kr70 kr+68 kr
Mega Hunt2 kr20 kr70 kr+50 kr
Bonus2 kr200 kr70 kr−130 kr
Super Bonus2 kr500 kr70 kr−430 kr

These rows reuse one invented return solely to demonstrate subtraction. They are not observed results and do not compare the payout distributions of the modes. A Super Bonus does not have the same distribution as a base round merely because a teaching table gives them the same example return. Use the cost and net calculator to enter your own completed result.

Keep the unit consistent

A balance may be in kroner, euros or demo credits. Record the unit before comparing sessions. A demo balance is not a withdrawable amount. A video showing a different currency is not a local stake recommendation, and a displayed base bet is not proof of the full entry cost.

The provider’s product sheet lists a base-bet range of €0.20 to €100 or currency equivalents. That does not establish the exact DKK steps available at your operator. Our 1 kr, 2 kr and 5 kr examples are arithmetic reference points. Read the live selector rather than treating a conversion or an example as an available button.

6. A useful practice session and common mistakes

Use practice to learn a small number of observable things. First distinguish the base bet from the full price. Next follow one matching-colour collection. Then identify whether the event is an upgrade, a transformation or a route change. Finally, wait for settlement and calculate the balance change. A longer session is not automatically more informative if you never identify those states.

Do not pay repeatedly just to complete a checklist of rare features. The rules and illustrated examples can explain an event that you have not personally triggered. Seeing no bonus in a short sample does not prove that the feature is broken. Seeing one large return does not prove that the selected mode is a winning system.

If a game or control is missing

Cursed Temple’s controls became accessible in the public demo check on 6 November. We opened Rules, which listed 96.0% RTP, but made no purchase. There is no settled-round sample or test of Danish network access; a casino can supply another configuration.

If a real-money session becomes interrupted, use the operator’s own account history and support. Record the game title, approximate time, currency and the last visible result. Do not send a password, MitID approval or full session URL to an editorial guide. A browser animation alone cannot establish whether the account transaction settled.

Questions worth asking before leaving the guide

Can you name the world you have open? Can you read both the base bet and the full mode cost? Do you know the difference between three collected Bonus symbols and three visible ones? Can you subtract the entry price from a completed return? These questions are more useful than memorising an alleged tap rhythm.

For Danish play, check the operator’s actual permission and eligibility terms. ROFUS and StopSpillet are available through the help links in the footer. If you are excluded or trying to maintain a break, do not use another route to continue. The mode explanations remain readable without opening a game or an account.

Continue with all five X-iter options and their costs for the purchasing details. Use Cursed Temple, The Kraken and City of Gold to identify different feature artwork. The RTP guide separates theoretical return, hit frequency and your own session result.
