What makes a correction actionable
Include the page address, the section heading and the exact statement you believe is wrong. If the problem concerns a number, include the input values and the result you expected. For a calculator issue, state the base bet, selected mode, returned amount and spending limit. Those details are enough to reproduce most arithmetic problems.
For a translation issue, name the language and explain which meaning changed. Preserve the original game-control label when it matters. A screenshot can help locate the text, but crop out account information first. A rule correction should identify the world and configuration rather than assuming every Pirots title uses the same feature.
For a layout issue, include your browser, approximate screen width and whether the problem occurs before or after a menu opens. Say whether an image is missing, unreadable or labelled incorrectly. A desktop image may not reproduce a phone problem, so the viewing context is useful. Do not send an entire browser profile or a recording containing private account activity.
Editorial feedback and operator support are separate
This site cannot access a player account, recover a lost password, approve a withdrawal or investigate a payment dispute. Use the operator’s own authenticated support for those matters. Never send this guide a password, a one-time code, MitID approval, payment-card information or a full game-session URL.
